FAQ
No corporate waffle. No "great question!" before every answer. Just the actual information you need to decide if this is for you.
Because that's all you need. A face wash to clean, a moisturiser to hydrate, a serum to target the stuff underneath. Everything else is either optional, situational, or something the industry invented to sell you more stuff. We deliberately stopped at three.
Face Wash first. Then Serum while your face is still slightly damp. Then Moisturiser to seal everything in. Takes about 2 minutes total. Morning, night, or both — whatever you'll actually stick to.
We formulated all three to work across skin types — oily, dry, combination, sensitive. The face wash doesn't strip. The moisturiser isn't heavy. The serum is gentle enough for sensitive skin. If you have a specific condition like eczema or rosacea, speak to a dermatologist — but for the vast majority of men, these work.
About a month with daily use, which is exactly why we do monthly delivery. The face wash lasts 4–5 weeks. The moisturiser runs out around week 4–5. The serum, used correctly (a few drops per use), lasts the full month. The timing is deliberate — everything runs out together.
Ideally yes — they're designed to work together. But if you're starting from zero and the idea of three steps feels like too much, start with just the face wash and moisturiser. Add the serum once those feel automatic. Something is better than nothing.
Log into your account, go to subscription settings, click cancel. Takes about 30 seconds. No phone call required. No "are you sure?" emails. No trying to guilt you into staying. We hate that as much as you do.
Yes. If you've got loads left or you're going away, just pause from your account. Pick a date to resume and we'll start again then. No charge while it's paused.
On the same date each month as your first order. So if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th every month. You'll get an email 3 days before each charge so it's never a surprise.
No. You can cancel after your first box if you want. We'd obviously prefer you stick around, but we're not going to trap you. Cancel anytime, no questions, no fees.
Use all three products for 30 days. If your skin doesn't look or feel better, email us and we'll refund your first month. No before-and-after photos required. No lengthy form to fill in. We trust you.

Email us. We'll send a replacement. Simple as that.
The moisturiser makes a difference almost immediately — skin feels less dry within a few days. The face wash will stop that tight post-wash feeling straight away. The serum takes longer — 3–4 weeks before you'll notice real changes in texture and tone. Skin takes time. Stick with it.
Start simple. Morning routine: wash face, apply serum, apply moisturiser. Takes 2 minutes. That's it.
Don't overthink the order. Don't worry about doing it perfectly. Doing it imperfectly every day beats doing it perfectly once a week.
Yes. If you already use SPF (good), add it after the moisturiser. If you use other products, apply TBM first as your base layer. The formulas are designed to play nicely with others — no harsh ingredients that clash.
Honestly, yes — SPF is the most important thing you can add to your routine after moisturiser. It's on our roadmap. For now, add a separate SPF 30 or higher after your moisturiser if you're spending time outside. Any supermarket SPF moisturiser works fine.
Barry is our mascot. He's a bear. He wears round glasses and a green beanie and he's been quietly moisturising for about three months. He represents every man who started taking care of his skin without making a big deal of it. He does the bear minimum. It works. He moves on.
Barry is a drawing. But he holds the moisturiser jar and he looks fresher than he used to, so draw your own conclusions.
"The Bear Minimum" is a play on "bare minimum." Bears are associated with being big, unbothered, and low-maintenance. Barry is the physical embodiment of doing just enough — and looking good for it. It all made sense. We went with it.
We're real people. Email us and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
